Tonik Energy Help
Tonik Energy Ltd is ceasing to trade. Ofgem, the energy regulator, has appointed ScottishPower as the new supplier for its customers.
Tonik Energy are in the process of closing down everyone’s account to enable ScottishPower to set up a new one, this means you will receive a final statement from Tonik.
If your account is in credit this will be transferred to ScottishPower which you will be able to see on your first statement. If your account has an outstanding balance you will need to make a final payment to Tonik Energy. If you were a Direct Debit member the final balance will automatically be taken via this method. If you were an on-demand member or you have cancelled your direct debit you will need to log into your Tonik Space account to settle the balance.
If you need help regarding a Tonik Energy final bill you have received or an outstanding payment you can email us here, please make sure you provide your full name, address and account number if you have it.
Unfortunately we will not be able to help with anything other than these two subjects.
