Tonik Energy Help

Tonik Energy Ltd is ceasing to trade. Ofgem, the energy regulator, has appointed ScottishPower as the new supplier for its customers.

Tonik Energy customers can contact ScottishPower on contactus@scottishpower.com, or call 0800 040 7181 - the call centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Tonik Energy are in the process of closing down everyone’s account to enable ScottishPower to set up a new one, this means you will receive a final statement from Tonik.

If your account is in credit this will be transferred to ScottishPower which you will be able to see on your first statement. If your account has an outstanding balance you will need to make a final payment to Tonik Energy. If you were a Direct Debit member the final balance will automatically be taken via this method. If you were an on-demand member or you have cancelled your direct debit you will need to log into your Tonik Space account to settle the balance.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.
