Moving house can be stressful, so we try and make the process as simple as possible.
If you know that we were supplying energy to the property that you moved into, we need to process your move in. Please fill up this simple form so that we can move you in smoothly.
On the form, we ask for certain information such as-
- Supply address of the property you have moved into.
- Your name, contact details
- Day when you moved in ( this is the day your tenancy agreement starts / the date mentioned on your completion letter.)
- Meter readings of the property ( In case of 2 rate meters, please remember to enter the day/night or R1/R2 value next to the correct read. In case of multiple meters, please mention the meter serial number next to the meter read.)
We shall get in touch with you and set up your account with us! Please remember, we cannot process a move in requested for a future date.
Once your move in is complete ( you shall get an email from our Home Moves team within 7 working days), our Member Services Team will talk you through our different tariffs available to you.
I do not have meter readings for the move in date - what should I do?
We shall be using estimates if you do not have the meter reading of that particular day. Please mention the same while you fill up the form.
Important: If you are thinking of switching away from us, the above step must be completed before switching away, as we need to ensure that you are billed correctly for the energy used for the interim period, otherwise we may object to your switch.
