Yes, you’ll need to have a two-rate meter already installed (also known as an economy 7 meter). If you already have a single rate smart meter, we may be able to switch this via a remote upgrade to become two-rate.

If you don’t have the correct meter, then send our EV team an e-mail to email@example.com and when we’re rolling out our SMETS2 smart meters, we will let you know.
