Fantastic service coupled with good sustainable prices which we allow you to lock in for up to two years – helping you manage your bills with more certainty and avoid any energy price rises. While it’s only a very few members who leave us midterm, the cost of this invariably pushes prices up for the rest of our members as we have to sell back the energy we secured for that agreed fixed term. Therefore, we only think it’s fair that we charge a small exit fee so we can continue to offer our loyal members great service at a great price while administering the move of those who do wish to leave as smoothly as possible. And remember even if you move to a new house, it’s super easy to take us with you to your new property, so this shouldn’t affect you at all.
Remember, if you are in your renewal window (49 days before the end of of your fixed tariff) you will not be charged any exit fees if you switch away.
