Yes. We are continuing to help our members in the case of emergencies and ensuring the metering partners we work with are taking the appropriate precautions when entering our members’ homes.
Emergency work we will still be assisting with include:
- If you are off-supply and have no electricity or no gas prepayment meters
- If you experience a meter breakdown which leads to a disruption in your supply
- If the meter is unsafe or tampered with
- If you need a meter install for safety reasons
