It is important that you continue to pay for your gas and electricity to avoid this happening. Therefore, we are not currently offering decreased direct debits as standard so you avoid building up debt on your account.
Please do not cancel your direct debit – as this will create extra work from our Member Services Team during a time where we’re trying to work as effectively as we can for the benefit of all of our members, particularly those in most urgent need of help.
