Error #1 – Account information mismatch:
The error occurs when the information you’ve tried to register for Tonik Space with does not match the information we already have on your account.
If you see the above error page while trying to register, please ensure that you have not entered an:
- Incorrect email address – use the email you used while signing up to Tonik (unless you have, since then, contacted us to change the email address associated with your account).If you have, please use the most recent email on your account to register.
- Incorrect account number – your account number is 9 digits long and starts with “30”. You can find your account number on most emails we send you.
- Incorrect postcode – check you’re using the postcode for the property which is being supplied with energy from Tonik (note: this may be different from your correspondence address).
Error #2 – Already registered for Tonik Space:
This error occurs when a Tonik Space login already exists for your account (i.e. based on the account information you have provided us).
If you have already registered and are struggling to log in to Tonik Space, you may want to consider the following:
- If you use your email to login to Tonik Space, but have forgotten your password, then click on 'Forgot Password?' on the Tonik Space login page.
- If you use your social media account to login, but have forgotten your password, then please reset your password via Facebook or Twitter before trying to login to Tonik Space again.
If none of the above works and you’re still getting not able to register or log in to Tonik Space, please contact us here and select ‘Trouble logging in to Tonik Space’ from the ‘I’m getting in touch about…” dropdown. Issues with Social Media login?
Please note, Tonik no more allow registrations done via Social media platforms. However, if you already have a social media login with Tonik (that you previously registered with us & you have been using to access your Tonik Space account) you should still be able to use it fine.
