If you have forgotten the password to your Tonik Space email login, all you need to do is follow a quick process to instantly reset it again!
Step 1 :
Click on the 'Don't remember your password?' option on the login page.
Step 2 :
It takes you to a screen like this :
Please enter the email address that you use to login.
If you are unsure about your login email or if you are facing any other issue while trying to log in ; please raise an issue here
- Use the subject : 'Forgotten Login Email'.
- Choose option 'Tonik Space Issue' in the 'About' field and
- 'Tonik Space login problems' in the 'Your Query' field.
- Do not forget to mention details like account number (present in your statements/Tonik emails) and address of the property we are supplying energy to.
Step 3 :
Once you have entered the email & selected next ('>'); you should see the below screen with your email pre-populated :
You will also receive an email from 'email@example.com' with the subject 'Reset password request for Tonik account'. If you have requested more than once, only the most recent email is valid.
If you cannot find the email, please check in all folders of your mailbox. Also, please make sure that you have entered the correct email. To protect your safety, we shall not let you know whether the email entered is indeed the one used to login.
Step 4 :
Clicking on the email link takes you to the below shown page to reset your password.
Once you have reset your password; please use this password to log into your Tonik Space going forward.
If you know your login and simply want to change your password you can always do so by accessing the 'Change My Password' option in the Account page of your Tonik Space.
