All Tonik members are provided with their own ‘Tonik Space’ – an online portal when you can manage your energy account, view statements, enter meter readings, and lots more. However, you will need to 'register' before you can start using it. If you have just signed up with us, you will have been provided with a link in your welcome email to register – or instead you can register here at any time.
Once you have clicked on the link you need to follow the steps as below :
Step 1 :
The link should take you to the following page :
Click on the 'Registration Page' .
Note: Remember you only need to register once. Thereafter you can access Tonik Space using your email/social media login. To do so please select 'Login Page' option.
Once you have clicked the 'Registration Page':
Use the same email that you used to sign up to Tonik. Or, if you have requested your email to be changed/corrected in our records, please use the most recent email that is associated with your energy account.
You can find your Tonik account number in emails that we have sent you – and you can spot it easily as it’s the number that begins with “30”.
If you are unable to find your account number, you can raise a request here – in the 'How can we help?’ section be sure to include "Need account number" and your property’s address.
Next you will need to choose a password.
To help keep your account secure your password will need to be at least 8 characters log and contain at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
All done – you’re registered for Tonik Space!
You can now click 'Log in' and use your email/password to log into your Tonik Space account.
