We shall take your first Direct Debit payment on the day we start supplying your property with energy (i.e, the day of your switch). We shall continue to take your monthly payments on this day, going forward. If you want to change the date of your monthly payment, you can do so by simply getting in touch with us here (Please remember, we can only change your payment date after your first direct debit payment has been successful.)
If you are not on a Direct Debit and are on one of our On Demand tariffs, you can make your payment on the paypoint (using the barcode on your bill). For making BACS/Bill payments, please quote your Tonik account number 30******* in your payment reference and make a payment to Tonik receivables (60-12-35 ; 38743558).
