If you have just switched to Tonik, we will send you an email around 5 days before your switch to ensure that you can submit your opening meter reads. In case you forget, we shall also send you a reminder.
After that, unless your meter is a smart meter that we can automatically read, we will send you monthly reminders to enter your meter read on your Tonik Space. We do this so that your statement can be based on the most accurate readings. If you are unable to provide a read before your monthly cycle ends, we shall use an estimate to create your statement. If you provide us actual reads at least once every 3 months, we can keep our estimates close to your actual reads.
Please remember, it is fast and easy to submit your meter reading on your Tonik Space. If you have never used your online Tonik Space account before, all you need to do is register. You can also check your previous meter readings as well as your payment date on your Tonik Space account.
