Once your application to switch to Tonik energy has been processed a welcome email will be sent to you, including a link to register to your My Tonik Space. Five days before your transfer has completed, you will receive another email from us, asking for your opening meter readings.
You can easily enter your opening meter reading using your Tonik Space account. You will have up to 10 days to provide this to us.
If you are unable to provide an opening reading within those 10 days, we shall use an estimated reading. This reading will be provided by a third party based on your reading and energy use history. Once we have your opening reading, we will send this to your previous energy provider so they can supply you with a final bill, which may take up to 30 days to reach you.
The easiest way to to provide us with monthly readings is through yourTonik Space account , even if you have not used it for your opening reading.
